A NEW SONG:
Praise and Worship:
Praise Leader: We made it brethren. Last year the world went through a pandemic, many persons suffered in health and wealth, many families lost loved ones, many persons lost their job. However, we are here and that means God has been good. He has granted us life to see another year let us lift our voices and give thanks and rejoice in him.
*This praise and worship should be powerful and in thanksgiving to the Lord for his goodness and keeping the congregation to see another year.*
Superintendents Opening Remarks:
Romans 13:11 says for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. This text gives me the feeling of celebration as we step into this New Year because each New Year brings with it the promise that our salvation is nearer than when we first began. And that Jesus is one year closer to returning for his chosen people. I plan to be among that number, do you plan to be there?
It is with great jubilation I say Happy New Year everyone. Turn to the person next to you and wish them God’s richest blessing for the upcoming year.
I know God is going to do mighty things in the life of everyone seated here today. I know God is going to do mighty things for his church in this upcoming year. I pray this year we feel the latter rain and that it sets our souls on fire to carry the gospel even more urgent than ever before.
May this year bring with it good health, peace of mind and the blessings of amazing people around you?
God said behold I make all things new. And for this New Year, I pray the Lord grants all of us a new song, a new way and a new perspective.

Testimony Welcome
A New Way:
Scripture Reading:
Revelation 21:1-5
Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,”[a] for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’[b] or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”
Prayer:
Prayer of thanksgiving, Ask God to be with the plans everyone made for the upcoming year.
