Who are we?

We are a husband and wife team. Our names are Rohan and Valene Smith. We have been married for almost 9 years and we have 2 boys, ages 5 and 2 years old. Rohan is reserved, hilariousand creative. Valene is friendly, loving and creative.

What are we most passionate about?

We are both in love with Jesus and want to scream from the mountain top about God's greatness. We are passionate about the work of Christ reaching throughout the world. We are humbled that God allowed us to be colabourers in this great work. 

What is your favourite Bible verse?

We have many favorites but we will list one of them.

Rohan: Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Valene: 1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear

Do we work on Sabbath Programs full time?

No we don't. We both have very busy lives. Professinally Rohan is a software developer and Valene is an Urban Planner. We are also both entrepreneurs. 

What positions do you both hold at your local church?

Rohan: Elder, Stewardship Leader, VBS 

Valene: Superintendent, Church Clerk, Asst Head Song Service Leader

Where did the idea behind Sabbath Programs come from?

After going to various churches and noticing that in one church all the programs were amazing every sabbath all throughout the year yet in another church the programs needed a little help. This website was created to bridge the gap and offer assistance to all churches worldwide.

What are some things the site currently offers?

At present, the website offers sabbath school programs, sabbath school lessons, AY programs, Youth Day sermons, Blogs, Welcomes, Baby Dedications, and What Adventists Believe.

What are some future plans for the site?

In the future we would like to expand our reach while partnering with you, our church leaders, to assist us in providing more wonderful and spirit filled programs. We always encourage you to send us your programs, sermons, welcomes and ideas in general so we can add to what already exist on the site.
